The Fund settled on lease acquisition of Ballina Beach Resort in November 2021. Ballina Beach Resort is located adjacent to Lighthouse Beach in East Ballina.
It is 46 rooms 3.5* motel situated on 3 acres of lush tropical gardens. Fund’s strategy is to improve motel’s rating to 4* and to reposition it on the market to make it more attractive for a wider range of customers.

Ballina’s resort is the only beachside resort accommodation in Ballina with amazing facilities including a restaurant and four function rooms ideal for weddings and corporate gathering.
